What is the one thing you require from a scooter? To be reliable. These are not. Back cases don’t open 50% of the time and I had to wait an hour for someone to come and open it so I can get my laptop out. But the highlight was yesterday when a bike with still 11% battery stopped working out of nowhere and let me stranded in the middle nowhere. Fix your sane scooters !!!!
Muy mala aplicación. Se bloquea, mal método de pagos. Si tienes un problema no funciona. App hecha por principalmentes. Lastima por la compañia Acciona que no consiga pasar de una start up
They let you go through the whole registration process. Then you get a mail that they don’t accept new users. Complete waste of time.
Don’t even try to get an account if you’re a tourist. Waste of time. No chance to get in contact with the help center.
Very effective and quick way to commute in the city
Wir haben uns in unserem Urlaub gedacht wir nutzen die 50ger Roller wie Wir es in Deutschland auch oft tun. Aber leider schafft es der Dienstleister nicht den Zugang binnen 24 Stunden freizuschalten wie er es in seiner App anwirbt… warten nun seit Tagen… sinnlos
The app simply does not work. The top case would not open and then the scooter disappeared from the app. The customer service was unavailable even though we tried and called at least 50 times. All in all would recommend going with Cooltra or literally any other scooter sharing app because this is the worst app I have ever seen.
The scooter didn’t work, I had to pay nevertheless, customer-service was hard to access, I feel trapped using this service.
Great app and great service, some motorcycles could be maintained and cleaned better but that’s mostly for the poor care taking of other customers. Use this code OMQ78578 when you register and get free minutes.
Die Erfahrung die ich mit dieser Firma gemacht habe ist mehr als Enttäuschend. Ich kürze es allerdings ab, es hat von Anfang an nichts richtig funktioniert. Ich warte seit Monaten auf die Rücküberweisung meines einbezahlten Geldes. Es werden ständig Versprechungen geäußert die dann wiederum nicht eingehalten werden. Was diese Firma abzieht ist schlicht und ergreifend Betrug, nicht mehr und nicht weniger!!!! Absolute Abzocke....
