I can access the website on my phone, but not on my computer. And once I’ve re-created my login information yet again, the app says it’s wrong, so I do the account lookup. But it always says I don’t have an account. MM has been difficult to deal with since my company switched to them a few years ago, but this is a new low.
Literally no way to log in, and they try to blame your company when it’s their terrible app design. Unacceptable.
And gives great record keeping!
You should be able to create recurring payments from the app. Make HSA transactions easier not harder.
