The app is finicky and doesn’t register most shots, and will shoot on its own at other times. The crossbow itself gets tangled every shot. Unfortunately garbage for what could be a really cool gift.

Beware of security
It’s required to provide a first and last name, email address AND phone number in order to access and use the game app. Microphone and contacts access? Red flags! Their terms and conditions, specifically, the personal data and privacy sections, includes several grammatical errors. If you care about your personal identity, security, and data then user be very aware!

Trying to set our new accubow up and it won’t send the email to make our account!
Buns
The app won’t accept my email. I bought for my bro and it keeps saying email failed to send. Used two different ones and nothing has worked. Please help because we really want to use it.
It does not allow me to create an account
From the first sign up screen it does not allow me to create an account because it just keeps telling me “failed to send email”. I have quadruple checked all my information for correctness. But nothing changed. Also tried switching from wifi to cellular network and nothing doing. It does not work. This is Accubow 2025. IDK. I give up.
Can’t log in
Trouble getting it to register to my email address then the first time i logged out it would not recognize my email address. Takes 30 minutes each time to log in to play for 15 minutes.
difficulty
just got the accubow for christmas today, was ready to put a hurting on everything that i seen. The APP will not let me create an account. i’ve done everything that i know to make one, and it keeps saying error. i’ve tried to watch videos on it but i can’t find anything. about to return this thing if it’s gonna keep bein a hunk of junk!
“Failed Attempts”??
My brothers and I just got the Accubow 2.0 for Christmas today and we went on the app to register an account but when any of us try with any email of ours, it says “Failed to send email after multiple attempts.” I’ve tried everywhere and I cannot find a solution. I feel this product would be great, only if the app were to work along side it.
Can’t even get signed up
App says it attempted to send email after several failed attempts. Can’t even get an account started. Useless.
