ACE-ABC Taxis

The worst app ever made can’t put in more than two destinations despite the app having a plus sign for the option (trading standards issue I believe) other issues and faults when trying to pre book taxi for Saturday nights just sort out issues or go back to traditional phone as app is clearly not been thought through

As stated, requires SMS code input to make app work. Tried multiple times but SMS code never arrived so unable to use

Taxi was late, spoke to them on the phone and wouldn't let me cancel it even though I had to find another way to get to my destination after waiting for so long. Told me it was 5 minutes away (the map had been displaying they where the next street across for the past 20 minutes). So didn't get a refund for a taxi I never had. Used many times prior with no issue, will never use them again now.

Sometimes the app doesn’t allow you to book and says unavailable, the real time frame for taxi isn’t always correct and sometimes glitches. Really needs upgrading

Ordered my first taxi off the app for them to take my money and cancel my taxi straight away for them not to refund me absolutely scanless

Used at many times but last time booked a taxi and pre paid and realised I booked time wrong so cancelled and rebooked correctly. Realised few days later that taxi was no longer needed but app would not work, wouldn’t load, it was already the latest version on a up to date iPhone. I couldn’t cancel my pre paid booking on the app so I rang twice to cancel over the phone on the Thursday and Friday and was told it was cancelled however Ive had no refund!! Won’t be using again

Just boomers putting in bad ratings who don’t know how to use a phone.

Wasted my time calling to be sent to an app that you can’t pre book on or take your credit card details! Think you need to go back to manual process!

I don’t normally write reviews about apps, but since I’ve been treated very bad by their customer service,I ordered on the app three times and on two times of that they cancelled but still toke my money and the other one it said that the trip is completed when I never even got a driver sent, when I called them they were soo rude and they kept cutting the phone saying that there nothing they could do, I wish I could post pictures so this could be avoided and I hope that this doesn’t happen to no one else. WORST APP EVER; FRUADSTERS
