Probably the worse app going right now. Every time I try order a taxi it keeps saying no drivers available but when you ring them conveniently a driver is available they only do that so when you call they can charge you extra

This company is my go to for all taxi needs. Easy to book online. On the day of travel you get automatic updates on what vehicle is coming and driver contact details and where it is. Always nice cars and friendly drivers at reasonable prices. Simon

This company cancels app bookings. They said when asked that they prioritise recent phone bookings over app bookings. My elderly mother in law had a booking she made over 24 hours before cancelled at ten past midnight after closing time at Bearwood lakes, leaving her there. Awful service, don’t bother.

Don’t trust the price given on the app as I have been charged £5 more end of ride Apparently because the app is old and prices changed, not great!

I was told 16 pounds in the app but had to 00pay 18 to 20 pounds. What’s that’s about. It’s not the money, I am happy to pay but it’s the misinformation shown and the difference in the price between app and the reality. But other than that really good. Keep up the good work and update the app plz.
