## ACE eConnect School Management Reviews in United States

### *---- "Embarrassing!"
Not what I would expect from a quality Christian organization! After more than 2 years of calls after calls to tech, who are great at helping you with problems or telling you the program just won’t do something it should, I am fed up with this disastrous program. DO NOT BUY THE SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FROM ACE! It is truly the worst program I have ever worked with in my life. Now the iPad app will no longer works, (but the current catalog advertises it). Disgraceful!
-- Shining with Fame, 2023-05-04

### *---- "App is really good at crashing"
This app used to work great for me back in 2016. Then it quit after one of the updates. I haven’t been able to get it to work since. The app will find the correct server on the network but will crash as soon as login is attempted. The only way to keep it from crashing is to manually enter an incorrect location for the server and then it will at least try to find it and show a message that it failed. That is definitely more fun than having it insta-crash when you press the login button.
-- Mister Annoyed, 2021-07-26

### *---- "App update please!"
App keeps crashing when I try to join network. I can't even get it started to see if the rest works well.
-- Da Real Iron Man, 2021-07-06

### *---- "App crashes"
App crashes when login attempts are made.
-- MPaddock, 2021-02-25

### *---- "App closes"
I really wish the app wouldn’t keep closing out... I really need this but it closes out as soon as I try to sign in, updated everything. I have version 1.22
-- shondaodle, 2020-10-06

### *---- "Does not work!"
It would be great if this app would work
-- analauracarr, 2020-08-04

### **--- "Please fix"
Please fix this app it would be such a help if it would work. App keeps force closing when we try to sign in.
-- PoissantFam, 2019-04-25

### *---- "Last updated 3y ago"
Really, as someone else said tech support isn’t really technical support.
-- Exasperated principal, 2018-09-12

### *---- "Never worked for me"
The title says it all.
-- Steph4TheLord, 2017-10-23

### ****- "Good, but could use one key upgrade"
It is great for in the Learning Center, but it needs to have the capability of recording grades. As of now, it's an electronic Goal Check report. I would love for the app to replace my laptop!
