How much does Acloset cost?
Acloset has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is €45.66.
I’ve used a lots of apps for the last 12 years but none of them was so easy like this app.
I love that it automatically removes background from the photo I upload.
Also, you categorize your clothes very quickly.
A very nice feature is the closet analytics. So curious to see them!
Useful app
I enjoy the app and it’s variety of features. Although when I use it on my iPhone 12 mini, it overheats. That’s the only app that does that to my phone and I don’t know why.
It gets tiring
If you want to use this app make sure you have time to put pics of all of your clothes and have time to put in the description
Unreal how much I love this
My favorite closet app, so fantastic and intuitive. Fun to digitize my fav clothes with this. More free features and bigger closet space would be much appreciated
By FAR the best - and WORTH it!
I wanted a closet organizing app so I can manage my clothes and truly see what I have — so I don’t buy extra clothes when I already have a great option and see where I have gaps in my wardrobe (there are some things I don’t wear because I don’t have a top to go with the skirt etc, but have forgotten). Also I can wayyyy more easily see how patterns, colors and styles go together when it’s all on a canvas instead of just in my closet. And I can save outfits to easily grab-and-go and save time. I read a lot of great reviews about Acloset, but then many others seemed to be upset when Acloset started charging a subscription fee in Jan 2024, so I tried out all of the other apps (Whering, Cladwell, Indyx, Closet, Fits, Stylebook, and more). None of them were as easy as Acloset. The main things that set Acloset apart are the super fast and accurate background image removal, the ability to upload images using the “copy image link” feature, easy photo editing tools for perspective and color/tone, and the automatic categorizing and color tags and other identifying tags (these are very accurate so saves a lot of time and if not I can quickly change them easily). All of these features really set it apart - adding my closet would have taken ages to do in the other apps (some were good at some things, but bad at others - Acloset was the only one that I found to be great at all this). Plus I really like the outfit picker where you can use up to 6 categories to make an outfit in a carousel format and the Acloset format outfit canvas layout also - makes it look neat and organized right away to get the ideas in quickly. The AI outfit picker is ok, but could be improved to better match styles, colors, and patterns to be truly helpful, but I mainly prefer to put my own outfits together anyway. Also - a HUGE benefit of Acloset is that your wardrobe is in the cloud and auto-syncs between your phone and iPad — plus I downloaded the phone app on my Mac, so I can use Acloset on my computer (I would love them to create a desktop or website accessible version — it is much easier to upload clothes from websites and edit the photos on the computer, then use the phone for when I’m in my closet pulling things to wear or packing). So bottomline — for all these features, the yearly subscription is completely worth it to me (if you pay by the year, it is wayyyy less expensive per month). I’m glad I wasn’t scared off by the reviews about the new subscription model because that will enable th
Great App and Amazing Developers
ACloset is the only app I willingly subscribe to because of how much it helps me on a day to day basis. Of all the closet organizing apps, this one is the best! I also did some digging and it appears that the CEO created this app because of his wife 🥹💕
For all the reviews complaining about it being a subscription based service, please keep in mind that this is a small company and it needs to make money somehow to keep the app afloat. I don’t like subscriptions either but I believe they deserve every penny. If you don’t want to pay for it, there are free apps out there, but they won’t be as good!
It is also rare to find developers who care and actually consider user feedback— I’ve sent emails to their support team before and they always take the time to reply and resolve the issues. I’ve sent in suggestions for new app features, and it’s amazing to see the features being implemented in their updates.
Before leaving a negative review, be kind and consider reaching out to them first with your feedback 🫶🏻
Wrong advertising
I’m paying a subscription for this app. In the app, they are promising new features after September 10, now it’s October 8, and I still don’t see any new features! It doesn’t look good…
Loved… then deleted
Deleted because it turned into a subscription app with no way to use for free. Really sucked because I had cataloged clothes in there for about a year.
Subscription?
Paid for the app, now there’s a subscription. They’re banking that you’ll spend hours loading your wardrobe in and then raise the price continuously. Scammy :(
