Beperkte tevredenheid
De map die vroeger werd voorzien, was heel handig tijdens de reis zelf. Nu moet de klant zelf prints maken waardoor het paperless effect weg valt. Informatief is de app wel maar voor het ACSI publiek niet de beste oplossing.

Geweldig
De groep waar wij deel uit maken, is een groep van 36 personen. De reis is begonnen in Hellevoetsluis met een dag en nacht op een camping, zeer mooi om zijn openheid en vele veldbloemen. Inschepen op de boot naar Harwich, een goede keuzemaaltijd en goed divers ontbijt aankomend in Engeland met doel om Schotland binnen 3 dagen te bereiken, Hier zullen we ca. 3 weken samen rondtrekken door heel Schotland. Tot nu toe al geslaagd, mede door onze voortreffelijke reisbegeleiding, chapeau 👍

Mooie camping. Maar de slechtste plekken.

De app is prima maar hou er rekening mee dat niet alle reizigers digitaal onderlegd zijn. Ik ben voorstander van het aanreiken van een routeboekje. Ik neem aan dat van de reis die vandaag geëindigd is nog een betere evaluatie komt. Naast de fantastische reisleiders heb ik nog wel een aantal verbeterpunten.

Werkt op een iPad wel, op de andere niet
Werkt wel op iPad van 7e generatie, maar niet op iPad van 6e generatie. Beiden hebben dezelfde software versie 15.4.1 Op de iPad van de 6e generatie knalt de app gelijk vast na invoeren e-mail adres en bookingsnummer als akkoord wordt gegaan met Privacy statement.

App werkt niet onder IOS 10.3.4.
Jammer
Werkt niet op iPad iOS 12.5.5 Kan nog wel downloaden. Maar bij openen, klapt ie er direct weer uit.
