You can use the facilities from 14, so why set the app at 17? Ridiculous
Nightmare
This app has lots of problems as discussed in meetings with management No ability to keep payment details Unsble to book town activities at the same time Gets blocked often by error and a 12 mile around trip to get it cleared Not fit for purpose
Why in welsh
The front page is always in welsh, my welsh is not as good as it used to be so to navigate to a page where I can read it is challenging

I have a new phone and iPad and there appears to be a new app and I can’t book anything on it
Dreadful App
This is the worst an most confusing app i have ever seen. I am amazed that anyone ever manages to book anything.

Trying to register for someone else when unexpectedly FACE ID pops up ! Of course it doesn’t recognise me . Here we go .

Extremely difficult to work out how to find it in English
Complicated not not user friendly
Not user friendly and will be deleting as too complicated to book swimming for myself and daughter
Can’t register on the App
I joined St. Clears leisure centre. Advised to download the Actif App which I did. Unable to register. Won’t send an email link to enter a password. Been twice to the leisure centre for assistance but staff unable to help. They were very helpful and tried everything they could fix the problem. Frustrated to say the least
