Takes far too long. Almost gave up
This App, on my phone is not working. It doesn’t allow me to download app from the App Store
The apps logs out everytime you click on home portal and doesn’t even show or let you book new classes after moving up the stage for my children. Every-time either you have to change it through phone call or reception. Have to give 1 star as needed to choose 1 to put the comment

Why do I need a notification to tell me I just booked something… I know I did it. It means I’m going to have turn off all notifications, which means I’ll miss out on other relevant notifications
I have been trying to change my password for last couple weeks but reset link is not coming to my email!!! I forgot my pw and not able to booking any classes!
I was ‘forced’ to go to Djanogly when John Carroll closed. Like many users, I had used JC for many, many years: we knew the staff well and they were friendly, helpful & responsive. (Twice I nominated Mavis for an employee award). But I’m delighted to say that Djanogly has proved to be just as good. The staff group is wonderful: they go out of their way to help - eg I suspend my membership from time-to-time and I invariably face problems when I return. They always try to sort them - even when they don’t know why I’m having them. Moreover, when I ‘lost’ my ‘swim cap & goggles and, on another occasion, a silver eering, they were returned… On a day-to-day basis, they’re very friendly! As others have said, the city’s leisure service & staff are excellent but this improved app isn’t. My membership of Active Nottingham has been longstanding but to access the new system has been difficult. Visually the small text size and colours used make reading key information difficult and the addition of fields to enter, slows down the process of booking as does moving to another part of the app to check or change the booking, not as simple or user friendly as the previous version. Hopefully, this less efficient and user friendly version will be modified soon.
