App kept logging into my son’s account even though I have logged out and login again with my credentials. Purchased swim pass at Bedok heartbeat but the the pass did not show up in my bookings. This is another case of the EZ-Link saga
When i wanted to buy a gym pass using my credits, all of a sudden i get a notification that i cannot use my credits on the app and i have to go to the new website. This is the first time i got the notification. And on the new website, i cannot buy a new gym pass with my credits until AUGUST. i find it absolutely ridiculous and confusing why this was done. Why couldnt y’all just transfer the credits once the website is FULLY up? the gym pass is affordable with my own money but why not let me finish using my credits first 😒
Queue to enter always long messy failing to scan QR. top up get error. Type 5$ becomes 0$ The system shouldnt exist in the first place Just use ezlink like mrt to enter. Simplicity is best
Apparently this app will no longer be in use as they move over to a web based booking system. The beta of the web based booking platform is a nightmare with crazy midnight balloting where your courts are automatically assigned. Really poor and confusing to use mand I hope the final version is much improved and more user friendly.
Was working fine and they decided to transfer all the payment to web. Useless government paid nonsense
I don't understand why the facilities page cannot access all the swimming complexes.
From ActiveSG website, all the account reset and tag our child ( below 12 years old )to parent account can be done using the mobile apps. Unfortunately, I had try several time and it just not working at all. It prompt “error” and no further explanation. I have not choice but to visit ActiveSG office.
To change a system you need to freeze credit ok. But the new platform is not ready for pass purchase till Aug. So why you need to freeze the credit and transfer for 15 days? Then wait a month to purchase pass again using credit?
Very poor management and developers standards. Due to upgrade, no access of credits, public has to pay tickets in cash. Rendering the app virtually USELESS. this reflects poorly on management decision making.
