Description

Heart Rate Training That Goes Where You Go!
The New ACTIVIO app, it’s not just another training app... It’s your motivator, your coach, your training partner. We are all about physical activity...
Get training insight to optimize your training without getting injured or losing motivation by using the artificial intelligence from our partner Svexa (Silicon Valley Exercise Analytics).
Monitor your heart rate with your Activio Smart Belt or any other Bluetooth Smart (Bluetooth Low Energy/4.0) heart rate sensor, wherever you are! Track your outdoor training location, steps and burned calories. Follow the heart rate profiles for training with customized class profiles, or if you are an instructor create and edit class profiles, both heart rate and power (watts). You can also share the profiles with your instructors colleagues. If you are a personal trainer then share training sessions with your PT clients by code so they can train according to the set targets goals.
You can login via the app on any new ACTIVIO Solution or remote control the Activio system as instructor from the bike or any other place in the club. Add music from your own playlist, or integrate motivation movies.
Track your training history with detail view, compare training details, and review training summaries. For even more fun, collect Activio points, challenge your friends in training sessions, see who gets most APS and stays closest to the core of the session, compete and compare results.
Your heart rate is presented on the Activio Intensity Meter, using the same, simple five-zone interface users have come to appreciate when using Activio at the gym. The new heart rate real time chart simultaneously gives you an overview of your current session and Class Profile. A voice guide gives feedback in case you don't want to look at the display.
If you don't wish to have your smart phone with you while you are training, just start recording from the application and leave your phone behind. When you are done, stop recording from your phone and training data will be downloaded from your Activio belt and uploaded to the cloud service.
Synchronize your results with my.activiofitness.com to keep track of all your training including the results from the Activio System at your gym. If for some reason you don't have internet access, don't worry. Data is stored locally and you will be able to synchronize later.
This app integrates with many other platforms, you can save your training to platforms like Strava, Google Fit or Apple Health.
Activio Workouts Online, your online training journey is ANYWHERE – in the gym, at home, or abroad with access to +600 high quality curated virtual classes (music license free). The Classes are made for Beginner to Pro and will be added regularly in multiple languages.
