Horrible app, ridiculously slow to load leads to be able to respond to a customer. Notifications are non existent when a new lead populates, you have to actively search for them. Despite choosing the “remember user for 30 days” users are kicked out daily.
The app is a bit glitchy most times but the really annoying thing is there’s constantly a notification badge on the app where there are no new notifications. I’ve opened all the possible leads and it still shows. Super annoying.
