Acute Calculator

It’s a really good calculator app. Has much more functions that the default Apple one. I bought the premium version of the app for extra functions and they’ve come in useful. However, I have noticed that the transition for the history is quite slow. Not sure if it’s just my phone or if it’s the app.

This app is the best I have found to replace the default calculator app. I only really need it for simple calculations so haven’t explored much beyond that, but it has the most native design for a non-iOS app, while offering customisation and the 3 features the default calculator app is missing: 1) A backspace button so you don’t have to start over if you make a typo. 2) Shows your current calculation in-full, so you’re not left trying to remember which units or functions you’ve already entered 3) A history so you can revisit and compare recent calculations. Only thing it’s missing is a simplified app icon. While the current one is well-designed and fits the name, i don’t like how it looks overall on my home screen and would much rather the option to select a simplified version which still keeps a little bit of the cute character. Would be 10/10 if this was implemented.

Definitely the best third party calculator out there. No ads and plenty of advanced features.

Thanks for giving us a calculator that allows me to enter values > 100m without having to toggle orientation lock and flip my phone sideways

Great app but please add units to graph and let me press and hold line to see the values of it across the graph even if it’s premium I’ll buy it

Dear Apple, Please buy this app and make it the default calculator, it is bette than what you will ever make, especially for the IPad.

This calculator has beautiful swift animations and way more advanced than the stock calculator. I love that it keeps the iOS design language and levels up by 10!

This app looks amazing, and feels nice to use but I’m a bit confused… Why does the graph not have numbers? Cool I got a nice graph to look at but it has no functional purpose unless I’m supposed to draw a sketch. Why is there no keyboard support? Eliminates functional use on Mac and a keyboard attached to an iPad. Weird bugs? Why have a discount button if the discount is to just crash the app? Calculus functions paid? You can’t use derivatives or integrals without paying, and the functionality for those seem like it wouldn’t even work for most cases, of course you wouldn’t know since there’s no showcase images showing that or the ability to try it. Overall, I like the app but it clearly needs work
