Vinegar has better ad blocking on mobile and supports Picture in Picture on desktop; both of which magic lasso fails to do reliably. Ad blocking isn’t as good as ad block pro. I used magic lasso for a year after Gruber’s recommendation and it was awesome, but it has become increasingly less awesome since the transition to a paid product. I won’t be renewing my subscription.
I’ve been using this app for awhile now & find it blocks most ads. What I would like to see is the ability to block ads on YouTube. If you can do this I’ll up my stars.
Browsing the web is so much faster now that I have Magic Lasso installed. I love that the app available on both iOS and macOS. It integrates beautifully and makes reading the content I want to see without all of the rubbish much easier.
Blocks legitimate sites such as mailing lists from things I subscribe to
I have downloaded it to avoid inconvenient ads and it works perfectly! I can browse the web and read the news faster without ads popping up all the time. For those who love to read the news on their phone, like me, it's the perfect app!!
I found the app easy to use. No problems loading and setting up. No ad pop ups thus far and really simple to use. I recommend at least giving it a go, you’ll be surprised and lets face it, no one likes ad pop ups at the best of times, so give it try, you’ll be surprised at how well the app works and the loading experience is much quicker :)
I’m impressed. I have an iPhone 4 and it was so slow loading pages and draining my battery I haven’t been bothered to use my phone which is a pain especially when out and about and I want to look up something. Now the ads are gone, the website load speed is quicker and I can surf the net again. I have since downloaded this to my iPads too. So easy to install as well!
This app is awesome! My iPhone battery was draining so quickly when browsing the internet but after I downloaded Magic Lasso, my battery life wasn’t draining so quickly! Great App, highly recommend!
Finally a simple app that does exactly what it states. No more annoying pop up ads and pages load faster. So easy to install so you can browse the web the way it was meant to be, efficient and ad free. Highly recommend.
I was pleasantly surprised by this app. I love this app. Installed on my iPhone 6S and does just what I want it to do. It is great for ad blocker. Now I can surf web without any interruption of ads, pop-ups and it made web surfing better which saves time also. I would highly recommend this app to my friends as well.
