Bad customer service
The MBE program has been easy to use on desktop and app. The MEE program isn’t designed for the CA Bar. I brought both and requested a refund for the MEE portion, I’ve been waiting for about 3 weeks for a refund. I called today and Cassie stated the AR department will take a look at it and get is refunded as quickly as possible, but due to it being the end of the month they other priorities to handle.
