Efter at have slukket for radiatorerne i nogle timer - kan de pludselig ikke hoppe på wifi igen - er der problemer med app ? Alt andet virker på vores wifi.

Everything worked after the først installation. But now 😒. After an weak nothing worked anymore. Non of our four heathers connects to the app. Next weak I will try a different non-Adax app.

Hi Suddently lost all connection, done reset and reset wifi credentials. App keeps saying wrong wifi credentials Please fix this

Our summer home is installed with brand new electrical heaters (Nov. ‘22). The app worked fine until recently; Now we cannot control the devices anymore. Despite resetting and restarting the devices, trying to remove the devices and the rooms, no solution was found, only a new problem arose, wifi is unable to connect, the app simply cannot find the wifi and we therefore now have no rooms and no devices in the app. Really useless right now and a necessity for us living 2 hours away. I hope the software issues will be solved ASAP!

Hi dev team, While the product works fine, I am having serious issues with the app, including: - no “complete” button when adjusting time slots for schedules. You just have to go back which is not what you associate with saving changes - the schedule option works bad. Every time I set the times for when I normally sleep, the app seems to interpret this as something else - the “change password” function does not work, as I have not received a confirmation mail (all folders checked) Kr/Jacob

Any plans on integration with Homekit?

Netop installeret 4 radiatorer og parret dem med mit netværk. Smertefri parring. Fulgte anvisninger i opdateret app og det virker perfekt.
