Works, but Slooooooow

JudyQFU on

United States

The app works well. However, it takes a full minute for the spinning wheel to stop before I can add/remove a site to the whitelist. By then, I’ve almost forgotten what site I wanted to add/remove to the whitelist. Then, another wait for the site to be added.

doesn’t even work on iOS 16.2

As in the title, I’m not even on iOS 17 because I’ve been waiting for ABP updates to even just catch up to 16. They haven’t, ads aren’t blocked on any websites at all. I made sure it has all the necessary permissions too.

No longer updating

This app stopped updating its filter list and isn’t blocking ads in Safari. I.e., it’s become worthless.

Not for Your Tube

This app needs a revamp! Please!

Old outdated look, inability to select filters, don’t even know what the filters are, cannot add own filters. Please update. Thanks.

App stopped blocking ads since ios17 update. Deleting and reinstalling helps a little, but ads still making their way through

Trouble updating filters

Sammycat2005 on

United States

After I updated my iPhone to iOS 17, the ABP app seems like it’s having trouble with updating it’s filters. It doesn’t have any chance to sync. It just has a split second moment and then it instantly stops. Is this app not programmed for iOS 17 yet?

بالرغم من وجود لغات كثيرة لماذا لا يوجد ترجمة بالعربي داخل البرنامج !؟؟ Although there are many languages Why is there no Arabic translation within the program!??

Is Adblock Plus updating under iOS 17?

John Goodin on

United States

One feature that I would love is having on the screen is the last time Adblock Plus was updated with new signatures and maybe even a version number. Don’t know if this is normal behavior for iOS 17 or what. When I opened up the app this morning all it did was flash the icon once. Never even looked like it was trying to look for a update. Is it possible in iOS 17 that Adblock Plus already knows if it’s signatures are already up to date and won’t even try updating? To help alleviate the confusion we need someway of knowing if Adblock Plus is already up to date?

Was Great Until Latest Update

ABP worked like a dream on my old iPad, until this latest update. Now I’m getting ads in places I never got them before.
