The Self Help videos and the frequently asked questions on the App help them to navigate and use the App seamlessly.
Step 1 - Login to the App using the User ID and password shared in the welcome email.
Step 2 - Click on "Services" and choose 'Sale by Card' or 'Generate PayLink' depending upon your requirement.

Please show me where they sign up

I have downloaded the app but I haven’t signed up but it’s taking straight to sign please where do the sign up from HELPPPPP!!!!! I need to send a payment link ASAP

Not great

The apps keeps on crashing, and giving request errors. The app interface is not user friendly and has minimal options to customise

Bug with the dates in the Notifications tab

Dear Support Team, We have already sent an email regarding this bug but we haven’t received a resolution yet. Hope you could fix this so we could change this into 5-star. It’s really a source of confusion within our Department.
