Wasted 4 dollars on the app for nothing. Had to use tge debit card for another 4:40 dollars. 8 dollars on a single trip. Useless app.

Still waiting for email confirmation after 8 hrs and various tries to get it resend. Terrible app

Useless

I have tried numerous times for it to send me the one time passcode so I can verify my email and use the app and it NEVER works. Have contacted Adelaide Metro, no response. Seems like a simple part of using and app and yet….

Rubbish

NQVisitor on

Australia

Came to Adelaide. Downloaded app. One time password needed - took over 12 hours to arrive and then was not recognised. Advised when I phoned to go and get a plastic card ($5) instead. Really annoying and poor service.

App is not supported

BrokenJoystixYT on

App works fine in itself but the validator does not recognise the QR code. There happened to be Adelaidemetro staff on the bus at the time: he was not aware of this app. The driver was aware and thought it was highly problematic.

Enable interstate concession cards to be added

2point5 on

Australia

There does not appear to be a mechanism to add a concession card to the App. For those of us who are Seniors and interstate visitors it makes sense that those cards should be able to be added. As a 71yo tech savvy person, it’s a bit disappointing to not see an option to be able add my newly purchased concession card to the App just to simplify things and reduce the number of cards I need to carry. As an alternative perhaps those concession cards should be configured to be able to be added to the Apple wallet (as an example).

Why isn’t this linked to our metrocard?

CharlieBrown7788 on

Such a waste of an app. Why can’t we link our metrocard to this app. I thought it was going to be quicker than logging onto the website but I’m not really sure who this app would benefit. Deleting this waste of space app.

You can’t even see a timetable in the app

UK_Merlin on

Australia

Dreadful app and total waste of time. I know the stations and train services; when I request a train time I don’t need a route map to tell me things I already know.

Can’t buy a ticket.

Can’t buy a ticket, app is terrible. Bring back paper tickets
