ADF Active helps you train and prepare for entry into the Australian Defence Force (ADF). During the recruitment process, you'll undertake a Pre-Entry Fitness Assessment (PFA). This app will explain the PFA based on the Navy, Army or Air Force role you're applying for. It will also teach you the right techniques for each exercise, plus help you keep track of your fitness training progress.
You'll learn the right techniques, get personalised workouts, and keep track of your fitness with exercises like the beep test, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups and more.

Glitched
Hey developers, there seems to be a problem with app. Every time i log in, the screen gets stuck on a “try again” page. I haven’t been able to access my workouts at all. Could you please fix this glitch?

Best App ever for pre training exercise. Use it and sweat it!
Love it
I’m passionate about joining the ADF some day and hopefully will be in a year, this app is amazing with helping me get fit! It’s a little confusing at first but a day or two is all you need to get into it. This app gives you a balanced workout plan and doesn’t push you to do more than you can, so thankful I found it:)

Variety of workouts. Keeps you engaged and motivated. The app developers should check the layout for iPhone.
Day 1
I’m a pretty active 43 yr old contemplating reenlisting to ADF. Just started day 1 of the app. Big focus on core strength. No focus on stretching. Maybe that’s still to come. If I’ve learnt anything from 25 years of fighting and endurance activities it’s that you gotta be flexible.
