Every day you will be able to pick three things to focus on and set up time limits for each. When you are ready to Focus you will enter a focus period on the app and won't be able to navigate away from it. This helps you to stay off your phone and accomplish the things you need to do!
Studies have shown that if you have ADHD it is beneficial to create microfocus periods, and ADHD Focus allows you to do that. We also Gamify your productivity by letting you choose your rewards, and get them after each of your focus periods!
