说实话，很早就应该认识到自己的问题。这个软件是专门为成人ADHA设计的，不管它好不好，能搜到我感到很欣慰。 最终的结果是说我没有ADHD的诊断特征，心里有些不是滋味，我知道自己在很小的时候（幼儿园包括到小学三年级前）是有比较严重的ADHD的，青春期间症状几乎消失，现在上大学了，又发现了自己有这方面的缺陷，很难受，心里难过。 真的有些难过，但还是要坚强去克服它，如果你也有和我一样的困境，请和我一起加油！
