Points not deposited
I wonder why the points were not automatically deposited, after completing 4 km, when I contacted customer support they added the points manually and they replied that it is not deposited due to glitch. I face same problem till now .
Not able to pay for premium
Why I m not able to pay for premium early fee? If I chose monthly then it immediately contact the App Store and payment gateway appears. But if I chose yearly then it stuck at “contacting App Store” and circle continues to rotate even for hours but not able to contact App Store and fail to open payment gateway. I am trying to pay for premium since 2 weeks but in vain.
