is not accurate in the indications but it’s better than others. I use it 10 years ago and I am pleased
Just one thing missing
Arguably the best training app available on the AppStore. There are thousands of different exercises and many training plans to follow along. There are even health & fitness related articles that are very helpful for anything you are trying to accomplish. I just personally would like a training plan that targets the back (and specifically to get bigger and wider). I think that’s one thing that’s missing. Other than that though it’s a great app.

I have been struggling to find a good fitness app for so long until I found this one !What I love is that it doesn’t have photos or models that make you feel insecure.Despite that the range of exercises is big and they are also very effective!
