85 attempts to export, shared across an iPad, iPhone and a PC. 1 successful attempt, over 50 random crashes closing the app completely, and the rest ‘hung’ part way through rendering at different spots. We tried different iOS versions, reboots, reinstalls, resyncs, cutting the video into segments (0 successes)… and so much more. If it wasn’t a school mandated application I would have given up after the first 8 hours of attempts…
I have used this App for many years successfully. Adobe in their wisdom have made the App obsolete. Remarkably and probably illegally they continue to sell it. I am extremely upset.
I think this app is pretty lacking to be honest considering the Adobe tool set and video editing capabilities of other apps available it’s really very very basic on what you can do
It’s a real shame, I thought this app was exactly what I wanted in a quick turn around video editor for my phone. But during my trial I ran into so many import errors with photos. Spent a bunch of time searching the forums, and people have been complaining to adobe about this for 4 years and they still haven’t resolved the issue. Some jpgs work, some don’t, from the same camera. Adobe clearly don’t want to listen, so I’m off to find another app to fill this purpose. My experience with video in the app was good, and otherwise suited my needs. I’m happy to pay, but not when a company of Adobe’s size can’t resolve a seemingly simple issue after years of consumers raising it.
My subscription kicked in just yesterday and I just found out now that it doesn’t support .jpg files. It only allowed me to add the videos that I shot from my GoPro 10. I need a full refund for this as this is not the tool that I need. Most video editors that I have used it supports multiple media formats and not just limited on video files.
Not sure why but keeps crashing, it worked in the beginning. I will be unsubscribing if it’s not fixed in the near future.
Quick, easy and powerful for an absolute beginner to get started. This makes me feel like a professional videographer with little to no experience. I totally recommend it.
My first video so might be a user issue, however why do I have to select the text to edit it? If I’m in text edit it should just edit the text. Or is that so you can edit individual letters and lines?
This app is a joke, keeps crashing and the features are very limited.
This app not only freezes every time you drag the timeline but also freezes every time you play and pause. Absolute nightmare and one using an iPhone 15pro. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
