Sales reps misinform about charges

Love that it pops up on my screen to remind me that I must return the Power bank. Also, when it legit tells you how many hours you’ve got until you exceed your rental. Love it!!!

We tried this at Si Cantina on Saturday and the app failed to successfully register my payment details. I tried with 2 different cards and now I’m seeing that I got charged R39 on both of them even though I didn’t complete registration and actually get a power bank. Really disappointed.

Last time R18 purchased from Adoozy power. I regret why I purchased this power bank used my bank details now, there is unknown transactions that are going off my account at night 😡😡😡😡😡

Can’t live without Adoozy, making life so much better every time.

The app took my money and it still didn’t work. Sent me a link which told me to sign in on the actual machine which never worked. I was 40 bucks down and still left with a dead battery 🤬 they sent me a redemption code TWO WEEKS LATER when I no longer need the power bank and I don’t even know if it even works.

Adoozy power is a convenient way to keep my phone charged and keep me going thought the day. No more charges and cables needed as the powerbank has all the cables ready. Well done Adoozy with this initiative. Loving this product.
