i don't get it way people leave such a bad review.. my watch works fine on iphone 11.. connection was easy. Dont have any problems!

Now useless
Was working ok until last firmware update. Now will not link to my phone. The watch is also telling the wrong time and I have no way of updating it. Watch now useless as well as the app.
No use on iPhone
Doesn’t connect to iPhone or the app at all get it sorted as can’t even use it for a normal watch

Cannot open the new version on iphone 7, crashes after selecting gender. My smartwatch is now useless.
