I have to log in multiple times on this app causing me delays on my work schedule. Negative stars

oh my god

My job uses this as a first come first serve for shifts and it is a horrible experience. At first it worked fine. You would get notifications if regardless of whether you logged in or not. Then it was only if I was logged in. Then regardless of whether I logged in it would make me log in to accept a shift. Now it doesn’t send notifications at all. Now I have to sit on the app and refresh every five seconds and hope I get the shift in time. Which means I just wasted an hour or two of my day hoping I get work. With each update I seem to get less functionality. Not to mention that I have heard this app is unfriendly with IPhone and even more so with an android. Someone somewhere needs to fix this because this isn’t just affecting my ability to get work it is also affecting the attitudes of the people I work with and is making them more hostile when they see people working. I can’t tell you how many glares a night from coworkers who have been there saying, “oh, have you worked a lot this week?”

Literally logs me out every time I JUST signed in so I can’t even go in it at ALL!!! It’s just a blank screen every time I log in. Horrible. Now I can’t even schedule my shifts!!

This app is simply dreadful, my employer should be ashamed of themselves for making us use…several times a day!

everything the other commenters say and more. I wonder if the people behind this even expected this app to be well received or if they know it’s hot garbage.

Constantly crashes. Incredibly slow. No Face ID. Takes 2 minutes to clock in/out.

Clunky and constantly crashes. ADP, read the reviews and do better.
