Unable to change password. Forget password option not working. Worst app ever.

A very slow app Not much user friendly Also, in terms of efficiency & ease of working there’s no gain Net-net one can give it a pass!
The most poor employee/organisation management app
To the developer, The app is very untidy and awkward to use. Very old fashion look and feel. Moreover hundreds of bugs in the current version also. Like saved login credentials shows as wrong input randomly even after logging out properly. No back action after opening letter or any other documents. Document text formats are not supported. Words and symbols are missing. Time and dates not taking properly. Even basic features are not soothing and user friendly. Kindly work on the UI and app smooth flow. Improvements expected at the earliest. Thanks.

No support from adrenaline like otp or no mail if you want to change your password or incase you forgot the password worst app it is.
Good
Everything except letter viewer is good. Letter viewer doesn't work. The letter flashes ans goes off, if you open. We will have to quickly capture a screenshot to view it. Th flashing also happens only once. Nothing happens if you touch to open it for the second time.
what kind of app is this… very bad experience
this is one of the mist pathetic business application i have ever seen… never works and if it works downloads are not available etc etc
