When the app works it can be convenient, but 9 out of 10 times the app is glitching. The glitch causes your alarm to go off, will not set the alarm properly or actually display whether the system is armed or not. I was better off buying my own cameras and tiny window/door sensors, when half the time my system won’t arm on the app, and don’t even get me started on their equipment. 2/10 was generous.
Constantly signs you out. Very buggy. App needs significant work.

The app keeps shutting down when I open it. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app but it doesn’t help. My internet is fine.
ADT gives me the peace of mind and I can control everything at my fingertips. I have a live view on my cameras that come directly to my cell phone and it. Great to know where the kids are who’s at my house and if there was a problem.
I absolutely HATE this new app/system! The app takes FOREVER to open! When we get an alert from the camera and try to open to view it, it takes forever! Also, the “new” system doesn’t have the option to say which door is opened! I’m really thinking about paying to get out of this contract and going to another company. The older system that I had was much better. This is HORRIBLE!!!!
My iPhone 10 needs to reboot to arm and disarm. Maybe too old.
The app barely works. Additionally when we fist started the service we could set rules on when to automatically arm and disarm. This option has completely disappeared from the mobile app. When I log in on the web app the rules tab still appears but tells me to download the mobile app to set the rules. When we tried to get web support the person we talked to basically said they didn’t know what to do and good luck
I love ADT, my new system is great and definitely worth it. I think I’m a bit obsessed with watching my cameras and everything that goes on in my complex now though. It’s definitely made me much nosier than I originally was lol. Thank you ADT! Highly recommended!! Also , I can watch my kids play outside ❤️
