Unintuitive
They send a card and no way to activate it by phone online or app without an account number. They don’t provide the account number with the card and the only way to set a password or reset a password is with an account number which is impossible to access. Not off to a great start
Needs updated
Needs to be updated like yesterday. Never can log in. Keeps saying system error. I know the error is on the app end of things because no trouble logging in on web browser.
Great company and banking benefits
Great banking benefits, app is secure, which can be annoying to some but I appreciate the extra security checks! Thank you Advancial!
Error messages and two step verification
App would be decent if you didn’t have an error message every other time you click on something. A 5 second process takes 5 minutes just because you have to keep trying until it finally works **Edit**Now on top of the error messages constantly we have two step verification. Which would be great if the error messages didn’t exist. Now it is almost impossible to sign in to the App!
Not good
This app has a system error every time I log into the app now. One of my loan payments was late because of this.
OTP Not Working
OTP both in mobile number and email is not working. How do you expect us to log in? Through prayers?
Amazing
It was so good it showed me my money and there was no problem logging in started up right away and I like the double security of the personal questions on top of Face ID or password identification
App is trash
It’s like they have a 90 year old man writing the rules for the app and a 12-year-old programming it.They sent out a terribly written message on the app. That covers up the entire login screen and you can’t back out of it.And then who asks security questions every time you login. I have locked my account numerous times over the security questions that I answer properly, it’s trash. You need new programmers…This app is garbage and the worst financial app I’ve ever used.
