Not functioning iPad app since several months ago

Excelente herramienta de aprendizaje

Necesitan trabajar mucho en el filtro de chat de su aplicación bastante robotizado y excluye a la comunidad hispana), y en el tema de bullying dentro y fuera del chat. Por lo demás, le doy un 10 en didáctica, la mejor herramienta de aprendizaje para niños y jóvenes que he conocido hasta ahora, soy Maestra en Educación. Le hablo de AA a todas mis amistades.

Permiten y fomentan el bullying

Reportamos el caso de un señor que humilló por chat privado a mi hijo, conspirando con otros usuarios para acosarlo dentro de la app. Lo reporté en su momento y aunque pareció calmarse un tiempo, el señor nuevamente está acosando, cabe mencionar que sigue gozando de los privilegios del chat y la comunicación para molestar. ¿Qué hacen ustedes ante un segundo reporte (ticket 5559341)? Veo que nada, y me consta que por mucho menos, suspenden definitivamente el chat, que incongruencia. Si como no! Se lo toman tan en serio que el jugador sigue ahí con todos sus privilegios y molestando más que nunca. Ni que decir de su asesora Cristina, quien no solo no resolvió el problema, simplemente, decidió ignorarme al final de todo, y lo mejor: sigue sin enviarme la encuesta para evaluar su pésimo servicio. Por cierto el chat de todas mis cuentas sigue parcialmente bloqueado. Todo mal señores.
