I submitted an issue to support about not having a heart shaped gem. I needed it for my campfire but there was no way to “earn” heart shaped gems. Support responded quickly and gave me the gem needed to utilize my campfire . Awesome customer service from Adventure Bay staff . I really appreciate the swift response
It takes a lot of time to make a lot of these items and when you know you just made one and it doesn’t show up in your inventory. It makes you mad that’s why only four stars otherwise the game can keep you playing all day if you’d like and it doesn’t cost, which is appreciative, sometimes there is a wait because of the length of time it takes to make the items but like I said when you know you made them spent time waiting for them and they don’t show up when you collect. If this bug doesn’t get fixed, I will stop playing.
I like the game alot and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to play it!!!!
Good game to play but the design is boring and it would be better if we can move buildings and decorate them.

I enjoy the game very much the only complaint is that I don’t see other conversations in the chat room I see they are talking but can’t see it
I finally gave up. The metics on this game are messed up. The amounts of things necessary for progression are crazy. No matter how long you play every day, can’t progress through the orders since you need 10k + points to get the prize and only get average of 500 per order. 20 orders within 24 hours is unreasonable. And some of them you can’t fill without new buildings which you can’t build without tools from the prizes from the orders… I tried for months to get on board and that’s it. Deleted it this morning
I didn’t like this game when I first played it but I decided to give it another go and I love it now. Just wish we can and friends and have a guild that would make thus game perfect
When they did they most recent update it took away buildings I had already completed and joe have to build again when I get to that level. I used gems for a lot of the stuff, which cost money. When I wrote in asking what happened they said they replaced my “coins” I had used. I didn’t use the coins, I used the gems. So don’t bother spending money on gems, you’ll probably end up losing progress like I did and never got the gems back or the items I used to complete the buildings. Won’t be doing it over again.
