Description

Do you have chronic inflammatory disease? Alerts shows you key patterns in things you can control—like activity, sleep, and medication use—affect your symptoms and sense of wellbeing.
With the Alerts app, you set a goal for your health that you want to achieve, and you track how activity, sleep, medication use, and other factors affect your ability to reach that goal. You can connect wearable fitness devices like Fitbit or Oura. Optionally, Alerts integrates with the iOS Health or Google Fit apps to read your fitness data. Then set up a profile that lets you log other details like medication use. We send you a push notification once a day asking you how you are doing, and that’s it! We’ll take care of the rest, showing you patterns and insights on how lifestyle and current treatments strategies are affecting your symptoms and your ability to achieve your goal.

Alerts may show you patterns and correlations between things you do every day and your symptoms that you never realized in the past. And, to make sure users get the most from Alerts, we pair those using Alerts as a part of their employer-sponsored health insurance plan with a team of providers who specialize in managing chronic inflammation with behavior modification.

Find out how small lifestyle tweaks can have a major impact on your symptoms. Download Alerts and begin start uncovering powerful insights today. Early, small-scale pilots show that 91% of users are still engaged with our software after six months of using it, and more than 73% saw improvements to their quality of life.
