App is broken

Many times when I search for flights I get blank screen .

Slow responses

Lots of buffering sessions and long waiting times for a response in every part of the app. Really low quality service for a rather expensive airline company

Η σπαστική εφαρμογή αποθαρρύνει την χρήση των υπηρεσιών σας

Δεν είναι δυνατόν κάθε φορά που πάω να μπω στην εφαρμογή να χρειάζομαι έλεγχο ασφαλείας με κωδικό μιας χρήσης. Δηλαδή όταν μπαίνω στην εφαρμογή 3-4 φορές τη μέρα που πετάω μου το ζητάει κάθε φορά … Ε είναι αδύνατον , καλύτερα να μη σώσω ξανά πετάξω. Τότε γιατί έχουμε το Face ID?

2Factor authentication doesn’t work

It asks every single time to log in and 50% of the times it fails to log in. The last update destroyed the app.

New version much better

New version is much better but still sometimes when I click on my trip in My booking nothing happens. And I can’t use my voucher for buying extra baggage, only for new ticket. Could you improve these issues?

I am sorry to say that your application is extremely unreliable, lagging and many times unresponsive. I can hardly control my bookings or the bonus account.

Θέμα με boarding pass

Τελευταία έχει σταματήσει το boarding pass να εμφανίζεται στην lock screen του κινητού. Ενεργοποιημένα τα location services και ό,τι άλλο απαιτείται, σε iPhone X και Xs. Δεν θυμάμαι ακριβώς εάν αυτό συμβαίνει από τότε που βγήκε η νέα έκδοση
