Nous sommes mon épouse et moi très heureux de l’accueil très aimable que nous avons reçu au bureau des AegeanAirlines à l’aéroport d’Athènes : suite à un retard de la compagnie Brussels Airlines nous avons raté notre correspondance avec notre avion d’Olympic et nous avons reçu des places pour l’avion suivant sans aucune difficulté.
I don’t like to exaggerate but this is unfortunately the worst app I have ever used. 1/ Log-in doesn’t work at least the time. 2/ I tick the “Keep me logged in for 6 months” box, but it fails to do so. 3/ No details on my upcoming flights even after log-in 4/ Web check-in doesn’t work at least 2 out of 5 times. It’s easier to use the website. Aegean Airlines, get a grip.
I am a Gold tier - I ended up just using the platform on the mobile from a browser - unacceptable. 1. Login is not remembered (tried multiple ways, reinstalling 2. You always have to sign twice to get in the platform 3. Every time you open the app you have to login 4. Workflows not intuitive, straightforward. Not customer centric. Think what the customer wants to see first not what Aegean wants to sell 5. App crashes sometimes 6. In some workflows it redirects you to a browser website inside the app. Not truly an iPhone application
Sometimes the application does not show my upcoming flight details in "My Trips" menu.
I relied on the app which notified me that "gate is open" right on time. I paniced as I thought "oh shoot AEE is boarding and they will leave me outside!". That coincided with a HUGE queue in security. I rushed as much as I could only to realize that the flight started boarding on 11:10 instead of the 10:35 that the notification had! I am sorry people, as of now I don't trust your app's notifications anymore. I will just appear to the gate 10 or 15 minutes before departure. And besides what's the purpose of the notification if the airport board is more reliable? Finally, I just realized that the app doesn't fetch the boarding pass if you didn't checkin from the app itself. You have to undergo the checkin process again which is confusing at least. Yeap the app earned this 1 star.

I fly at least 4 times a year the same route with family. Once I tried to book tickets through the app, it wouldn’t let me because my card details ‘could not be verified’ despite multiple security verifications by my credit card and multiple previous purchases. Instead offered ‘option’ to pay 36 euros to keep the ticket and price for 3 days. New app, new ways to try to grab money for nothing.
