Aerial Physique TV

I love this app! I am largely self taught as I don’t have any aerial studios in my area and this is so helpful. I have tried many other online aerial programs but this one is my favorite. It’s super organized and moves are explained and broken down thoroughly. They have tutorials for multiple apparatuses which works for me as I love all the toys lol. There are single moves, combos, and even entire classes to watch at your leisure so I feel the price is worth it. The owner is also quick to reply to any questions or troubleshooting you may need help with, which is a huge plus.

APTV has helped me to learn so many beautiful sequences and shapes! I love how Jill slows movement down and talks through everything with little tips as well as the steps. The app itself is very easy to use and customize so that you can keep your skills organized. I LOVE the calendar feature where you can plan out your week by saving videos to complete each day. Also love the customizable playlists! This has become a must for me as a silks teacher and aerialist, cannot say enough good things !!

My favorite thing about Aerial Physique is the variety of levels for skills and sequences! Jill makes each video very thorough and even goes as far as to break down the hand and foot positioning in slow motion. I'm able to combine skills with ease and create choreography with it. There are skills that range from very beginner to advanced and she shows progressions so you always feel ready to take the next step. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to level up their skills and you can be confident in your safety following Jill's instructions!

There’s not as many advanced hammock sequences as I would like. However there is still an abundance of knowledge for silks and lots of good beginner hammock poses. The instructors are very helpful. When you’re struggling with something they’re more than happy to help you figure out what is going on. Very friendly and it’s obvious that they love to teach their art.

I love having clear resources for working on certain skills. I can find warm ups and skills training easily as well as new poses to try!

I really enjoy the easy to follow tutorials and the variety of skill combinations! It helps me to identify areas of improvement and helps me learn new ways to connect skills to make a sequence.
