AeroBuddy is a revolutionary style of teaching ground school content for various pilot licenses.
Our Aim?
AeroBuddy was created to allow people to have cheap, accessible ground school content in order to improve the student's own knowledge, but to ultimately improve the overall standard of general aviation pilots.
AeroBuddy was founded in 2020 by Luke Collister - a flying instructor, examiner, and commercial pilot in the North West of England. During his teaching, Luke identified a deficiency in the theoretical knowledge of students: they were skim reading current theory content to pass the exam. This meant that very little of it was applied practically, impacting on the student's learning.
AeroBuddy was designed to change this. Most of us will admit that we won't pay enough attention to stacks of books and manuals to be able to use all the knowledge. AeroBuddy allows you to choose what you want to learn and when, with content presented in short videos and articles to allow you to digest it.
Instructor? Don't Worry!
Don't worry. We're not trying to replace flying instructors. We accept that you will never remove the benefits of 1 to 1 ground school tuition, and we don't intend to. AeroBuddy simply provides another, more modern solution for both instructors and students to use.
