BUG
Gros bug sur la partie fidélité et entrer les cartes d’embarquement et pour la partie contact via messenger ca ne fonctionne pas non plus…en bref les 2 parties dont j’avais besoins sont HS
Difficile de faire une app aussi pourrie
Les designers de cette application n’ont certainement jamais utilisé leur application. L’ergonomie est mauvaise, il est très difficile de rajouter une réservation pour collecter ses points. L’application est ultra lente. Bref. J’ai du mal à trouver du positif à cette app.
À quand Apple Pay
L’app est très bien réalisée sur le plan ergonomique mais pas technique. Beaucoup de latences et bug. Mais le point essentiel à améliorer c’est l’ajout du moyen de paiement Apple Pay.
Mise à jour 2.2.23 ne marche plus avec IOS 17 5 1
En 4g ou wifi, elle ne marche plus. Impossible d’avoir les vols au départ et à l’arrivée. Alors que cela fonctionne via le site web pour mobile de l’aéroport. Le suivi ne marche plus, bien évidemment. Bref … totalement inutile.
Des bugs partout
Difficulté d’accès à mon compte Je ne peux pas me connecter à mon compte pour ajouter des vols depuis des mois maintenant
Pathétique application
Difficile de faire plus minable… Annoncer à l’heure des vols qui ont 2 heures de retard ou annoncer l’embarquement de vols annulés !!!! Franchement encombrer le téléphone des gens avec une saleté d’application pareille ça ne devrait pas être autorisé !!!
Extrême lenteur de livraison des bagages T1
Plus d’une demi heure d’attente des bagages sur le vol Aegean
Très utile
Super pour les informations sur les vols ,pour réserver les parkings ! Et d’autres options !
