The only reason I got this app was so I could upload my card to apple wallet. Instead I get the error message ‘error getting pass. The operation couldn’t be completed. (Aetna_Vision.EyeMed-Error error 3.). I tried the website, nope, it send me to the app. So you mail me a letter that says tear at perforations (there were none), the app won’t let me add it to my wallet, and the website refers me to the app. GARBAGE
After my own experience with the app, and reading countless other reviews on the App Store, it seems like the “log-in” feature of this app may be deliberately non-functional. This is a confusing choice from Aetna, as logging into the app would make the app entirely more useful. I can’t imagine why the developers would decide to do this. Have the developers considered adding a log-in function?
Login/registration is absolutely idiotic and does not work. If you enter too many times you have to contact their customer care.
I use an iPhone 13 Mini and half the screen is obscured by menu drop-downs and my user information, making navigation difficult and tedious. Not sure I understand why my name and member ID have to be displayed on every screen and not just kept in the side pop-up menu. It also won’t properly display tables, like for benefit balance amounts and copays—the text is clipped on the left and right.
The majority of the time it says “oops, something went wrong” error signing in all the time.
I can't use my email address and password to login the app. The only is going to Aetna website then click Vision to open another site to login.
It’s true—you can’t even login. This app was designed by toddlers.
Can’t sign in, error messages galore. GARBAGE APP.
So far this app hasn’t given me any user issues and has been working great. Keep in mind, a lot of the negative reviews are outdated.
Login simply doesn’t work for this app. What a joke. My username and password work fine on my PC. I even reset my password and reinstalled the application. Still no joy. I’ve tried to login to the Aetna app several times over the past year and a half and it has never worked.
