أسوء تطبيق ممكن يمر عليك وخدمة عملاء التطبيق مااعتقد في شخص اسوء منه اخلاقه

مضطره أقيمه بنجمة وحده لان مليت وانا اطلب خدمة العملاء يوصلون طلب انهم يشملون موقعي بالتوصيل مع انه الفرع بالحي اللي جنبي.

طالب استلام من الفرع واخر شي انتظر كأني ما طلبت
طلبت استلام من الفرع ورحت لهم يقولون الطلب ما جاء وفجأه فتح جواله يقول معليش جاء على جوالي انتظر ربع ساعه اذا بنتظر ليش طالب استلام من الفرع !!؟ وغير كذا لخبطوا في الطلب اول واخر مره

التطبيق سيء جداً لأنك باختصار ماتقدر تستخدمه لأن رسالة التحقق ماراح توصل لجوالك غالب الوقت ، والتطبيق يسجلك خروج تلقائي فلما تحاول تسجل دخول عشان تطلب انت وحظك يوم يضبط معك وعشرة لا ، مع العلم ان عروض التطبيق حلوة بس للأسف ماراح تقدر تستفيد منها لأنك ماراح تقدر تسجل دخول.
