The app overall is fine. Very rarely do I have issues. I’ve been banking with Affinity for over 20 years. I’m deducting a point because the bank widget available for Apple users is no longer available if a user is on iOS 18+. I loved being able to scroll and see the balances in my checking account without having to login. It was super convenient.

App Is ok to use. My biggest concern is Maintnance happening during wake hours, essentially barring me from accessing my account/transfer etc.. Maintnance message on screen 6am-11am, I go to access my account at 11:01am to be shown a message stating 6am-12pm now. awesome!!

Still my money

With the Union 30 years. Used to be very customer focused, amazing staff, dedicated offices, everyone knew tour name. Now its just corporate, 30 min hold time on phone, cubbyholes in strip malls with 2 people, never same person. App went through multiple changes, each time more confusing UI. Latest version doesn’t work at all when abroad (you have to log in through web browser only), credit cards and debit stop working randomly even if you make travel authorization, and on iOS18 the widget just disappeared, no longer offered. I used that widget everyday and now its just gone without any warning. When I called a year ago about travelling problems they had no idea how to fix it but promised to look into it. A year later, it still doesn’t work.

Excellent bank love it

I’ve been in Affinity member for years. I can’t even tell you how many maybe 20 and I’ve always been delighted with them and their service I would never go to another bank. I previously had been with Bank of America and they charged for absolutely everything that they did for me. I came over to Affinity credit union and they charge for nothing, good work I will always be your client

This app is completely counter intuitive and impossible to navigate. Need keep notes on how to use it.

It’s very straightforward and easy to use

I’m trying to make payments and it says my card is declined. I have well over the funds I need to purchase items yet it won’t let me, the card keeps saying “declined”. Tried contacting customer service and it’s a SERVICE BOT, that wasn’t helping me with what I needed. Honestly will stop using it.
