Was looking for a kettlebell training program and absolutely fell in love with this one!
I have done multiple programs but I found using this app with adjustable kettlebells can not only build muscle it can build endurance and get cardio work in via Tabata or high intensity interval training (the rest periods on all exercise sets and exercises are 1m. I have found amazing results simply by doing this program and adding straight bar dips and pull I up’s in high volume accumulated crossed the workout. Couple all this with smart dieting and nutrition and in 10 months I went from 260lbs to 150lbs lean 5 foot 6 with a six pack. Hilarious love it love the workouts keep it up Adam!!!!
The app delivers great content with strong presentation and a well organized interface. It’s easy to use and offers valuable material. However, the subscription model is a drawback. At $24.99/month, the cost is high, especially given that the content doesn’t appear to update on a regular basis (daily or even monthly). For comparison, higher-priced services like Peloton offer constant updates and a broader range of content, which justifies their pricing. This app, while solid, does not seem to follow a similar update cycle. Because of that, the subscription price feels excessive. A more appropriate model would be a one-time purchase, something like $49.99 for lifetime access, or a significantly lower monthly fee, around $4.99. One star off for the high cost, and another for the subscription model that doesn’t align with the app’s update frequency. Otherwise, it’s a well executed product.
Update::: just wanted to say I am about three weeks into using this app. This is a legit app. It’s nonsense and straight forward. I’m really surprised on how well this app functions. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. Thank you!

Decided to jump into kettlebell training this year so that I could vary my workout programs at home instead of paying for the gym. Adam’s programs are great for me in my late-30s. Low impact but still impactful and they meet me where I’m at in terms of both fitness and skill level. My only wish for the app is to have a landscape mode so that I wouldn’t have to stand my iPad up on end but otherwise I’ve been impressed with how intuitive it is. Would also like to see a little more technique commentary in the videos but Adam shows it well enough that I get the concept of what he’s doing.
Adam has seriously gone all out with this app. The workouts are intense but easy to follow with video guides and written explanations. There are several programs to choose from so don’t sweat it if you’ve never picked up a kettlebell in your life. He will progress through step by step until you work up to the athletic or progressive programs!
Love the app!
Great app for all fitness levels! Kettlebell focused but you can sub dumbbells for many of the exercises if necessary. Simple and effective workouts with video demos. 5 starts!
If you love working with kettle bells, you’ll love this app. The workouts are intuitive and effective. Five stars.
