It’s NOT normal that the Face ID isn’t working, I can’t believe that literally every banking app has this down packed but not this one, Brim, WAKE UP, take notes from AMEX’s APP, or Chase’s

This app is useless. Take it down. Research AMEX or TD. Design a new one. Embarrassing.

I’m able to log into my account without my correct password. I just type in snugging random and it allows me to log in!

So many issues on the app to be honest. It’s seriously affecting Air France brand. Credit avaibility is not refreshing accurately after sending funds. Many glitch on payment updates…

FIX THE FACE ID ISSUE - it is so frustrating having to re-enter email and password every couple days. If all other banking apps can do it right, why can’t Brim do it!? Holy god it’s so annoying

Air France devrait se pencher sur cette Apple vraiment pas à la hauteur. S’identifier est laborieux. Il faut toujours taper le mot de passe. Vraiment pas sérieux!!

Brim is the worst. As one comments says here… cumulating points and mile is sick… when it works! After 3 months using the card, a glitch in the system made my card decrease miles each time I made a payment instead of cumulating miles. I have a case open since May 2023! You wait hours to talk to customer support, never their fault, never their issue. Always « escalating »… and « you will receive a call back »…. I did not receive any follow-up to my emails since July 2023. Just stopped answering me. You can never be copied to escalation emails, no proof it was sent, never have a first name at least of a manager, nor a dedicated line for escalation…. Nothing. Each time have to go back to the hours long wait to speak to someone and re-explain your issue each time. Just save your time… look at other Credit Card.

NEVER apply for this card 1. They never refunded me the miles that I earned 2. I closed my account 2 months ago, they never report it to the credit agency and they have no customer service to handle it. I Have to do it myself

Une application extrêmement décevante, pas du tout à la hauteur d’Air France… le Face ID ne fonctionne pas, la fonction paiement via l’application ne fonctionne pas non plus. Pas le choix de se connecter en ligne pour régler son solde et la encore les options sont limitées. Interac avec une sélection de banque limitée. Pas certaine de garder cette carte très longtemps si l’appli ne s’améliore pas!

- positive point: 1- you earn flying blue miles 2- fast and polite customer service. - negative points: 1- cant remember Face ID. You need to enter your password every few days, if not every time you login. 2- all past statement are showing the current statement balance and details. In other words, I just lost access to past statement. 3- statement was not available for days after it’s been issued and had to call to get the details of what I had to pay. 4- with no explanation whatsoever I found a 20000 miles reversal on my flying blue account 5- amount due on the dashboard doesn’t take into account any payment you make 6- the list goes on …
