Cannot connect to WiFi
After changing filter my kilo plus will not connect to WiFi. I’ve tried every possible way that is mentioned to troubleshoot. Unplugging, holding down power button. Deleting app and reinstalling, searched YouTube and tried everything. I have both 5G and 2.4 ghz and recommended is 2.4. I’ve tried both numerous times. Both networks find the device without any problems it fails every time. I am very tech savvy so can follow instructions for sure. I do not recommend this device and would give this ZERO STARS.

The app will not show me what my air quality is looking like, pictures of app are very misleading.

The app is ok. Every time your phone turns off though the phone disconnects from the machine and you have to go through the steps of connecting it again. Not a fan of that

Will not reset Filter change or change temperature to Fahrenheit
App won’t change from C to F
Application does not change temperature from C to F.
Cannot change from Celsius to Fahrenheit
The device works fine, but the app will not change the temperature reading from Celsius to Fahrenheit.
Broken and missing app features
I can not change C to F within the app. It just closes the menu when I try to tap F
Regarding the light:
You can turn it on or off.
You can choose solid or gradient color.
You can NOT choose a specific solid color, but you can wait through the gradient sequence and then change it to solid if you time it right. It doesn’t make sense why they don’t have a “choose color” in the solid option.
It was very easy to connect my device to the app.
Can’t change to Fahrenheit
When I go to settings and select F it shows that I’ve changed it but only shows C on the actual main page. The rest of the app works as it should but that’s one of the main things I look at when using the app…
Device connectivity
Absolutely terrible App! Will not connect to my device no matter how I attempt to connect. Manually or automatically.
