Pourquoi l'application ne fonctionne plus correctement

Je l’utilise depuis trois ans et franchement. La qualité du son ainsi que le prix il n’y a rien a dire
Inaudible&facture
J’appelle ça sonne pas mais je suis débité . Aussi avant l’appel c’est afficher par exemple 9.53 mais pendant l’appel c’est afficher 8’94 . Je perds un euro .

Très très décevant
Depuis 2 mois j’essaye d’appeler mais les appels ne passent pas. En plus les minutes sont consommées (des que le compteur est lancé cela équivaut une minute) mais au téléphone il n’y a qu’un silence total. Au bout de 12 sec , ça se coupe automatiquement. J’ai acheté la promo de 2h, je ne les ai même pas utilisé à cause de tout ça. Finalement, j’ai acheté un crédit de 10€ HT mais je suis actuellement à 8€ sans avoir passé aucun appel. J’ai essayé différents contacts mais aucun ne passe. Ce n’est que déplorable.
