African Bank

I am sick and tired of this nonsense App and online banking that does not serve my needs nothing but only inconvenience. Credentials this and that all the time and everyone making the same review and the bank can’t provide a solution. I mean all banks have Apps and they’re working just fine but African bank can’t figure out what works for them??? What is that. Nonsense!!

This app can’t, for some odd reason, grant me access. I always have to use the desktop because the app always has some “error”. It’s quite irritating when on the move. This issue has been happening for a VERY long time.

This app is so poor unlike other banking apps…. Wants updates every time 😖

The purpose of having a banking app is for convenience but this app fails dismally on providing that component. I always get irritated when I have to make an online payment because there’s always an issue regardless of whether it’s instant or normal once off payments. Convenience is what we need as consumers

The app takes time to load and can you please at least make the app to work without Data/ data-less in all telecommunication providers mode because some of us barely buy data

Unable to download the voucher PDF on the app.

African Bank bank needs to do better. Why am I even getting SMSs by just logging into the App? Mr ERROR Messages App. As I’m writing this review I’m trying to transfer funds from My Credit Card account to the main Debit Card since I left credit card at home.This is app says “unable to perform the operation, check it data entered if correct!” What Data? I simply wanna move funds from 1 account to another!!! 🙄

App never works right that is if you allowed in very bad reflection on bank should rather scrap the banking app all together as it is embarrassing

Very disappointed with the App. Application does not allow for logins on the device even though the credentials is correct. This app deserves a zero rating cause it is completely useless
