I’m grateful for the delivery app but they need to improve with time management. I ordered at 10am and received my purchase of items at 1pm. Three hours! Unbelievable. Outrageous.
I must say, if you're really hungry you probably better off making the trip to grab your food, trust me it would be faster. If you can wait 2hrs plus, fair. It's thoroughly frustrating the sort of service you have to put up with. Noone has to wait 3 hrs for food to be delivered. Unless you guys are getting enough riders stop promising delivery times that you very well know you can’t keep. And the one star is me being generous. Put your house in order!
ThIs app is terrible they are not in sync with the restaurants . the app is staying one thing and the restaurants are saying another. They will take your money even if the restaurant is not open . They do not acknowledge the issue with their app instead they say the problem is yours and to pick from their UNHELPFUL options. Just stupid .
Wow I have been so impressed recently with 4 orders in a row delivered with 20-30mins. Please continue this trend because I will be ordering a lot.
I initially had a few issues with my orders that were delayed. Even though the management worked to get my food delivered, it was a little stressful. Fast forward >>>>> For a couple of weeks now, their services have improved tremendously!!!! I placed an order for some « peanut butter soup and Rice Balls » at 12:00noon and within 15minutes, my food was at my door. This has been consistent for several weeks now. Wow! I am really impressed with the management for working through all the challenges(as a growing business) and making such enormous improvements. Whatever you guys are doing, keep it up. Four thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽.
It takes forever for them to deliver your food. Sometimes over 2hours and they ask you to go downstairs for it even though you’re paying for the convenience of having your food delivered @ the door. Very poor customer service as well.
I never leave negative reviews because I believe in giving businesses the benefit of doubt in whatever the situation. But African Dish App is CONSISTENTLY late with deliveries to the point where when a delivery is on time, I’m actually shocked. Customer service is horrible; they’re not transparent at all and refuse to give refunds even why they are clearly in the wrong. Promo codes rarely work as well. I only order on this app when I am desperate and even then, I regret it. Till they fix their delivery system and customer service, I’m deleting the app and sticking to another service.
I have been ordering food with this company now for 2 long years. I’ve given them a pass so many times but enough is enough. I am African and I love African food. And I order from these people because it’s my way of supporting my people but these people have no sense of how to run a delivery business properly even how to treat a client. So many times I’ve had to wait 3 hours for my food. So many times I wasn’t able to track my order. But this time around was the worst. I ordered my food at 9 pm with them. It’s passed 11pm… first I can’t track the driver through the app and no show no call from him. Around passed midnight I receive a call from the restaurant I ordered from explaining to me that my driver arrived at my place. Gave me a call and I did not answer. So he took the food with him all the way back to the same restaurant. So I asked the lady why didn’t the driver leave the food at the door since he supposedly called me and I didn’t pick up. She said well she doesn’t know. So the same night I called the delivery team. No answer. Call them the next day and explained the situation to them and guess what they had no ways of finding out what happened with the driver nor the restaurant. So I asked them why didn’t the driver live the food at my door because any good delivery person knows this. They had no explanation for me. So I asked for a refund. I followed up with them for 2 weeks. And every time I called they said they’ll have to investigate with case. So I requested a refund. But them kept repeating the same crap and I never received my refund. I was very disgusted and disappointed. And I am never ordering with you again. I should have known better because so many people warned me about your unprofessionalism it’s outrageous.
