Always wanting to do the exercises you did at the PT session again by yourself? Sync the program your PT has created just for you and follow the easy step-by-step guide.
Your Programs created by your PT along with over 15 Built In Training Programs can be seen and used.
You can even switch between trainers and activate which one you choose when you wish.
Your PT enters you onto their own AFTPro app, you receive an email with your private link to setting up your AFT+ log in.
Once you create your own free AFT+ log in simply enter to see all Health Assessments, Progress graphs, Programs, both Built In & Trainer Made, your personal profile and goals along with your booked in training sessions!
